ABOUT RUBY
Hi. I’m Ruby.
I’m a fellow entrepreneur who helps Change Agents, like you, clarify their brand and messaging so they can tell the world the stories in their hearts.

I’m not your typical branding expert. I approach business from a holistic, whole-human perspective.
I don’t just look at your business based on what you do and how you do it. Those things are important, but I also believe that your business should be based on who you are as a whole human – what your energetic capacity is, what your leadership style is, what you’ve been through along the way and how you want to design your life.
So we take mindful strategy and action when designing your brand that moves in alignment with your values, vision and humanity.
As a woman of color, a woman who never really “fit in”, a woman who isn’t interested in following the rules established by an old, outdated paradigm – I realized very early on in business that in order to succeed, I was either going to have to sell myself out or find another way.
My life’s work is to help other entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams by creating sustainable brands that support them, their way of doing business, and their version of success.
Supporting healers is part of my own healing.
I’ve had the privilege of working with therapists, coaches, designers, astrologers, energy intuitives, and other creative service providers—and I know without a doubt that their work is vital.
My own journey through anxiety and trauma led me to these kinds of healing spaces, where I began to unravel old patterns and reclaim my sense of self.
Since then, regulating my nervous system and expanding my capacity for presence has become the foundation of everything I do.

The world is shifting faster than our nervous systems can process—your grounded presence and purpose are needed now more than ever.

We’re living through intense times— uncertainty, disconnection, and conflict. And collectively, we’re all suffering.
That’s why I’m so devoted to supporting Healers, Creatives, and Change Agents. We need your voices. We need your vision. As a society, we’re being called to evolve—to transmute fear into wisdom, and pain into purpose.
If you’re here to inspire, guide, or awaken—your work carries profound potential. I’m here to help you share it with clarity, confidence, and soul.
I help you communicate the true value of your work—clearly, confidently, and in a way that resonates. Because when your message reflects the depth of what you offer, the right people can’t help but be drawn in.
For over eight years, I’ve supported clients in bringing language to the nuance, complexity, and soul of their work—so they can share their gifts with clarity and conviction.
My approach blends strategic thinking, intuitive insight, and intentional design to amplify your presence and magnetism—without losing the heart of what makes your work special.
I’d be honored to help you do the same.
You’re here to do meaningful work. Work that reflects who you are—your values, your voice, your lived experience. When your brand becomes an honest expression of that, it resonates. It reaches. It creates change. If you’re ready to build from that place—let’s begin.

Core Values
1. I value purposeful action
To me, purposeful action isn’t just about productivity—it’s about alignment. It’s moving with intention, guided by what matters most. It’s knowing what season you’re in, what you’re called to tend to, and what you’re ready to release. It’s choosing to lead with clarity and care, letting your values—not the noise—set the pace. Purposeful action is how we build the world we want to live in—one conscious decision, one soul-aligned step at a time.
2. I value personal mastery
To me, personal mastery is a deep commitment to self-awareness. It’s not about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s showing up with integrity, even when it’s hard. Speaking truth, even when it shakes. It’s tending to your inner landscape so you can meet the outer world with clarity, creativity, and compassion. Mastery isn’t something you chase. It’s something you return to—again and again—each time you choose to stay rooted in who you are, no matter what the world throws your way.
3. I relational intelligence
For me, it’s not just about how we speak—it’s how we connect. Relational intelligence is the ability to stay true to yourself and honor the space between you and another. It’s about cultivating trust, making clear agreements, and tending to the invisible threads that hold our partnerships, collaborations, and communities together. It’s about presence, boundaries, and real connection—especially when things get messy. The truth is, none of us do this alone. Our relationships are the ecosystem through which our visions come to life. When we nourish them with care and clarity, everything flows better.
4. I value aligned leadership
To me, aligned leadership is about leading from within. It’s about standing for a vision that’s bigger than ego—and inviting others to rise with you. It’s about clear intention, honest feedback, and mutual respect. It’s knowing when to hold, when to guide, and when to step back and listen. It’s about the courage to address what’s hard, and the grace to do it with compassion. True leadership isn’t about control—it’s about coherence. When your actions, values, and voice are aligned, your presence becomes the invitation. That’s where real impact begins.
5. I value sacred humanity
I believe in the wholeness of people—their complexity, their tenderness, their brilliance. I believe everyone is worthy of being seen, supported, and honored just as they are. Not for what they produce. Not for how perfect they appear. But because being human is a sacred thing. We all deserve access to joy, rest, play, connection, and healing. To me, honoring humanity means leading with empathy, walking with compassion, and remembering that each of us carries something beautiful—and often unseen—within.
6. I value family
Motherhood changed everything for me. It cracked me open, deepened my purpose, and called me into a new kind of presence. He chose me. And I choose him—and I choose him single every day. Even when it’s hard. Being a mother means showing up with love, patience, and honesty. It means raising a boy to become a man who is kind, strong, emotionally attuned, and rooted in his worth. It’s the greatest privilege and the most sacred responsibility I hold. And I’m here for all of it—the joy, the challenge, the transformation.
